Estos términos rigen tu uso de AssetMind, una aplicación de Agur, S.A., Guatemala. Al crear una cuenta aceptas lo que sigue.

1. El servicio

AssetMind es una aplicación móvil para registrar activos físicos y llevar el control de su mantenimiento. Se ofrece con un plan gratuito y una suscripción opcional, AssetMind Pro, descrita en la sección siguiente. Puedes usar la app indefinidamente sin pagar.

2. Suscripción AssetMind Pro

El plan gratuito permite 1 ubicación, 10 activos y 3 documentos por activo. AssetMind Pro elimina esos límites y habilita la bóveda de documentos, el panel de costo total de propiedad, el historial de salud, los enlaces para técnicos y la exportación a CSV.

Mensual — US$4.99 al mes.
Anual — US$39.99 al año, con 7 días de prueba gratuita para quienes se suscriben por primera vez.

Los precios pueden variar según el país y la moneda; el precio aplicable se muestra dentro de la app antes de confirmar la compra.

El cobro lo procesa la tienda correspondiente —App Store de Apple o Google Play—, no Agur, S.A. El importe se carga a tu cuenta de la tienda al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso, y se te cobrará la renovación dentro de esas últimas 24 horas.

Puedes gestionar o cancelar la suscripción desde los ajustes de tu cuenta en la tienda. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras; el acceso continúa hasta que termine el periodo ya pagado. Si contratas la prueba gratuita y cancelas antes de que termine, no se te cobra. Las devoluciones las resuelve la tienda según sus propias políticas.

Si la suscripción termina, tu información no se borra: la app vuelve a los límites del plan gratuito y conservas el acceso de lectura y la exportación de todo lo que registraste.

3. Tu cuenta

Necesitas una cuenta para usar la app. Puedes crearla con tu correo, con Google o con Apple.
Eres responsable de mantener el acceso a tu cuenta y de la actividad que ocurra en ella.
Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar AssetMind.
Un solo registro por persona. No transfieras tu cuenta a terceros.

4. Tu contenido

Todo lo que registras —activos, historial, fotos, documentos— sigue siendo tuyo. No reclamamos ningún derecho de propiedad sobre ello.

Nos concedes únicamente el permiso técnico necesario para almacenarlo, procesarlo y mostrártelo dentro de la app. Ese permiso termina cuando borras el contenido o eliminas tu cuenta.

Eres responsable de lo que subes. No uses AssetMind para almacenar contenido ilegal ni información sobre la cual no tengas derechos.

5. Uso aceptable

No está permitido:

Intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios o vulnerar los controles de seguridad.
Automatizar el uso del servicio de forma que degrade su funcionamiento para los demás.
Revender o redistribuir el servicio como si fuera propio.
Usar la app para cualquier fin ilícito.

6. Enlaces para compartir

La app permite generar enlaces para mostrar la información de un activo a un técnico. Quien tenga el enlace puede ver esos datos sin una cuenta. Eres responsable de a quién se lo entregas y de eliminarlo cuando ya no lo necesites.

7. Recordatorios

Las notificaciones de mantenimiento son una ayuda, no una garantía. Dependen de la red, del sistema operativo y de los permisos de tu dispositivo, y pueden retrasarse o no llegar. No dependas exclusivamente de AssetMind para mantenimientos críticos de seguridad.

8. Disponibilidad

El servicio se ofrece tal cual y según disponibilidad. Hacemos un esfuerzo razonable por mantenerlo funcionando, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de interrupciones o errores. Podemos modificar o descontinuar funciones; si retiráramos el servicio por completo, te avisaríamos con antelación razonable para que exportes tu información.

9. Tus datos

El tratamiento de tu información se describe en la política de privacidad, que forma parte de estos términos. Puedes exportar todo o eliminar tu cuenta desde la app en cualquier momento.

10. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, Agur, S.A. no responde por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de AssetMind, incluyendo pérdida de datos, gastos de reparación o daños a bienes ocasionados por un mantenimiento no realizado a tiempo.

AssetMind es una herramienta de registro. Las decisiones sobre el mantenimiento de tus bienes son tuyas.

11. Terminación

Puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta. Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que incumpla estos términos, notificándote cuando sea razonablemente posible.

12. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de vigencia al inicio indica la última versión, y avisaremos dentro de la app cuando el cambio sea significativo. Seguir usando la app después implica aceptarlos.

13. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Guatemala.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AssetMind, an application by Agur, S.A., Guatemala. By creating an account you accept what follows.

1. The service

AssetMind is a mobile application for recording physical assets and tracking their maintenance. It is offered with a free plan and an optional subscription, AssetMind Pro, described in the next section. You can use the app indefinitely without paying.

2. AssetMind Pro subscription

The free plan allows 1 location, 10 assets and 3 documents per asset. AssetMind Pro removes those limits and unlocks the document vault, the total cost of ownership dashboard, health score history, technician share links and CSV export.

Monthly — US$4.99 per month.
Yearly — US$39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers.

Prices may vary by country and currency; the applicable price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

Billing is processed by the relevant store — Apple's App Store or Google Play — not by Agur, S.A. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within those final 24 hours.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the period already paid for ends. If you start the free trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.

If the subscription ends, your information is not deleted: the app returns to the free plan limits and you keep read access and the ability to export everything you recorded.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You can create one with your email, with Google or with Apple.
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for activity that happens in it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AssetMind.
One registration per person. Do not transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Your content

Everything you record — assets, history, photos, documents — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us only the technical permission needed to store, process and show it back to you inside the app. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not use AssetMind to store unlawful content or information you have no rights to.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

Attempt to access other users' data or defeat security controls.
Automate use of the service in a way that degrades it for others.
Resell or redistribute the service as your own.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Share links

The app can generate links that show an asset's information to a technician. Anyone holding the link can see that data without an account. You are responsible for who you give it to and for deleting it when you no longer need it.

7. Reminders

Maintenance notifications are an aid, not a guarantee. They depend on the network, the operating system and your device's permissions, and may be delayed or not arrive. Do not rely on AssetMind alone for safety-critical maintenance.

8. Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we were to withdraw the service entirely, we would give you reasonable notice so you can export your information.

9. Your data

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export everything or delete your account from the app at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agur, S.A. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of AssetMind, including data loss, repair costs, or damage to property caused by maintenance not carried out on time.

AssetMind is a record-keeping tool. Decisions about maintaining your property are yours.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you where reasonably possible.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top marks the latest version, and we will tell you inside the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
